Please test on a small inconspicuous spot before first application. Depending on the desired colour depth, 200 ml or 400 ml of Kiehl-Colorfix 2.0 can be mixed with the 5 L Kiehl-Basic-Oil canister. Only trained specialist personnel are permitted to prepare the wooden floor and use the tinted Kiehl-Basic-Oil. The final appearance of the treated surface is significantly influenced by both the absorbency and evenness of the surface and by the way the product is used. Always test the colour on an inconspicuous spot prior to application. The colour depth may vary, e.g. due to areas of frequent use.
Tinting Kiehl-Basic-Oil:
Add 200 ml or 400 ml of Kiehl-Colorfix 2.0 to the 5 L Kiehl-Basic-Oil canister. Shake container until no colour streaks remain. Mix enough of the product to treat the entire surface.
Initial oiling (impregnating):
Use as described in the product information for Kiehl-Basic-Oil. The tools used may absorb pigment; dye-removal might not be possible. Consumption: 5.0‒10.0 ml/m².
Re-oiling (impregnating):
Use as described in the product information for Kiehl-Basic-Oil. The tools used may absorb pigment; dye-removal might not be possible. Consumption: 2.0‒4.0 ml/m².
Clean tools with: Kiehl-Wax-Ex.
